#12 LIGHT GRAY COARSE – 1/2-Gallon Jug! The perfect O-Scale ballast for Hi-Railers and Traditional Operators who don’t like spending a fortune for the massive amounts their layouts require. Our new lightweight ballast blends are available in large volume, ‘penny-wise’ 1/2 gallon containers, 1 gallon jugs and JUMBO 5-gallon buckets. #12 GRADE COVERAGE: Oversize ballast for METAL TUBULAR trackage (Lionel, GarGraves, K-Line). Coverage is approximately 27 linear feet per gallon of ballast on Midwest & Woodland Scenic Roadbed. 33 linear feet for “Black Track Tack” Roadbed. This lightweight ballast is made from nutshells. Those with nut allergies should take precautions.
