Model Rectifier Corporation’s DCC District Circuit Breaker is a welcomed, cost effective accessory for smaller Railroad layouts, or layouts not requiring higher current district capacity.
MRC’s DCC District Circuit Breaker is only 1″ long with a 5 Amp capacity. Its simple hookup will enable the hobbyist to safely, easily and effectively divide his layout into smaller zones. With a Circuit Breaker powering each sector, it electrically isolates that part of the layout allowing power to continue to be provided in the event of a derailment or failure in another part of the layout.
